Schizophrenia Discussion Groups
While we will soon have the discussion groups listed at the bottom of this
page incorporated into our web server here, you should also be aware of
the following public newsgroups and mailing lists:
1. The Schizophrenia E-mail Discussion List

2. The Alt.support.schizophrenia Newsgroup
You should ask your Internet service provider for access to this newsgroup
if you cannot find it under the current newsgroup offering you have.
You can also search the messages of this newsgroup by going to the DejaNews
web site and doing a search on either alt.support.schizophrenia, or
on the subject you are interested in.
3. The MADNESS Email discussion list.
The following newsgroups (discussion groups) are planned for this web server.
These groups will be mediated groups (i.e. we will have an editor to review
the postings to sort out the less valuable postings (such as SPAMs, insensitive
postings, inappropriate responses, etc.) which typically reduce the value
of these forums of discussion on the Internet. We are looking for people
who have considerable experienced (in the are of discussion) to moderate
each of these discussion areas and to post responses if possible. Please
let us know if you are interested.
Each discussion area will have the currently active area (the same as any
USENET newsgroup) as well as an archive area where people can review previous
postings and search for topics already covered.
