The bottom dropped out of Jenny's world when her happy, outgoing talented daughter slowly - oh so slowly developed what was later diagnosed as schizophrenia. Her daughter, now aged 13 was adopted by family friends. The adoptive mum, also Jenny, and Jenny Juniper (blog's author) have maintained a unique relationship over these years keeping an extended family around Jenny Juniper's daughter and grand-daughter.

I realise now I can type in the box below, so I can write longer messages. Went for a medical yesterday, it's a thing where you provide the info about yourself for reasearch. Everything fine, indeed very good, but I realised I answered lots of mood things in the negative. And this is because of my concerns for my daughter, my anguish over everything she has lost, including her right to be a mother. Does anyone else out there have similar heartaches or worries? I wrote my poems because I wanted to give her a voice through the medium of my verse. I'll tell you more about them another time. Meantime I'd love to hear from some of you.
